To lead the development and innovation of complex Webflow projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and user engagement and excel in search engine optimization and analytics integration. Your role is crucial in pushing the boundaries of what's possible with Webflow, leveraging SEO best practices and data-driven insights to create web solutions that significantly enhance visibility and user experience.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and direct complex Webflow projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, with a particular focus on SEO performance.
- Design innovative, responsive websites and applications using Webflow, integrating custom codes, APIs, and SEO best practices to enhance search engine ranking and user engagement.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance before launch, monitor the performance post-launch using Google Analytics, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize SEO and user experience.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, coordinate with marketing and content departments to align SEO strategies, manage resources, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Mentor and train junior developers, providing feedback and encouraging professional development, with a special emphasis on upskilling in SEO and analytics-driven website optimization.

Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of in-depth experience with Webflow, modern web technologies, and technical SEO strategies.
- A strong portfolio showcasing successful high-profile Webflow projects with demonstrable results in improving SEO and website performance.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage multidisciplinary project teams, including teams focused on SEO and web analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with a proven track record of leveraging data from Google Analytics to guide website optimization decisions.
- Advanced knowledge of search engine algorithms, on-page and off-page SEO tactics, and the technical aspects of SEO, such as schema markup, meta tags, and link building.
